📋 Description
• Configure utility rate structures for new client properties • Analyze utility bills, tariffs, and rate schedules • Audit billing setups to ensure accuracy and compliance • Research and implement utility rate changes • Support internal teams with complex billing questions • Identify opportunities to improve processes and billing accuracy
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in utility billing, rate analysis, data analysis, or a related field • Strong Excel and analytical skills • Ability to interpret complex billing structures and rate schedules • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
