• Develop a deep understanding of the products we build • Solve problems to create new patterns for institutional users • Design solutions to unprecedented questions • Shape the future of finance by redefining how institutions interact with digital assets
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in designing world-class complex enterprise products • Knowledge of financial and crypto products • Ability to define the strategy, • Ability to take ownership of the design process • Deep understanding of usable, accessible modular designs • Excellent communication and proven ability to lead in cross-functional environments • Experience partnering with product managers and engineers • Compelling portfolio of high-quality design work
