• Drive the development of custody platform • Work closely with engineering teams • Enhance institutional-grade custody infrastructure • Shape the future of institutional digital asset custody
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of product management experience • People management experience • Deep financial crimes/compliance product expertise • Platform product experience • Experience with multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction regulated businesses • Strong technical fluency • Cross-functional leadership at scale • Although not a requirement, bonus points if you have experience in related crypto-specific compliance challenges
