📋 Description
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans • Provide supervision and ongoing clinical oversight to RBTs • Deliver parent training and caregiver collaboration • Ensure clinical quality, documentation accuracy, and compliance • Collaborate with internal clinical and operations teams
🎯 Requirements
• Active BCBA certification in good standing • Colorado licensure, if applicable, or ability to meet state and payer requirements prior to starting • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills • Experience providing ABA services in home-based settings preferred
