📋 Description

• Partner with agency owners and teams to improve operations, workflows, and performance • Guide teams in using modern agency management systems and technology • Support agencies in developing and empowering their people • Improve the customer experience for agency clients by streamlining workflows • Deliver consulting, training, and advisory services tailored to each agency’s size and stage • Build long-term client relationships rooted in trust and real results • Collaborate with our Accounting, CSR, and Advisory teams

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of five years’ experience working with or for independent insurance agencies • Strong working knowledge of insurance coverage and agency accounting procedures • Proficiency with insurance agency management systems • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Reliable PC with high-speed internet and appropriate security protection • Ability to travel approximately 8–12 days per month as needed
