• Oversee Convention Email Box and respond timely • Handle meeting inquiry phone calls • Maintain accurate records in the database platform • Generate and distribute reports • Assist with communication with Division Program Chairs and presenters • Assist with registration set-up • Manage on-site registration desk and information booth • Monitor and manage Ribbon Station • Shadow Director of Meetings & Events and Brand and Creative Team

• Applications from undergraduate students • Ability to oversee Convention Email Box and respond timely • Ability to handle meeting inquiry phone calls • Proficiency in maintaining accurate records in the database platform • Skills in generating and distributing reports • Communication skills with Division Program Chairs and presenters • Capability to assist with registration set-up • Competence in providing customer service
