📋 Description

• Serve as on-site NC3 SME and primary Government point of contact for NC3 requirements • Advise on NC2 authorities, C2 relationships, and NC3 operating principles • Provide expertise on waveforms, technologies, and enterprise systems associated with NC3 • Offer working knowledge of communications and IT for the NC3 weapon system (AN/USQ-225) and supporting space-related technologies • Analyze, review, and respond to technical questions, challenges, and concerns from the Government • Assist the Government in answering technical and operational inquiries from Congressional staff, OSD, interagency partners, and industry • Coordinate with stakeholders to assess NC3 capability gaps and provide technical recommendations • Prepare and deliver briefings, reports, and documentation to support AF NC3 decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Citizenship: Must be a US citizen • Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain TS/SCI level clearance with SAP eligibility • Education: Bachelor's degree • Years of Experience: Twenty-five (25) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, including fifteen (15) years of DoD experience • Additional Experience: Experience with waveform technologies and platform and system IT principles • Ability to understand and assess the complexity of interconnected systems • Experience planning, directing, and managing complex and extended projects • Knowledge of Air Staff, JS, and OSD organization and documentation processes • Knowledge of how USAF, USSF, and USN NC3 capabilities, platforms, and technologies interact • Experience crafting creative technical solutions • Ability to translate NC3 strategy into achievable technical solutions • Experience working in complex environments with multiple points of contact • Experience generating briefings and decision papers.
