📋 Description

• Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support data-driven decision making. • Identify trends in pipeline performance, conversion rates, and revenue attainment. • Provide weekly and monthly performance insights to Sales Leadership. • Translate sales data into actionable recommendations to improve results. • Coordinate sales forecasting processes and maintain forecast accuracy. • Support sales planning, territory planning, and quota development. • Analyze historical sales performance and market trends to support strategic planning. • Monitor competitive landscape and market signals impacting sales performance. • Responsible for the administration and optimization of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales technology tools. • Ensure data integrity, consistent reporting structures, and accurate pipeline management. • Implement system enhancements and support new tool adoption. • Provide training and enablement to ensure effective system utilization across the sales team. • Evaluate and improve sales workflows, policies, and operational processes. • Identify inefficiencies in the sales cycle and recommend improvements. • Standardize sales reporting, operational procedures, and performance tracking. • Partner with leadership to align systems, tools, and processes with business goals. • Reconcile revenue sources, leads, and pipeline reporting. • Monitor sales-related expenses and operational metrics. • Generate and distribute reports for executive leadership and the sales organization. • Ensure reporting accuracy across CRM and other sales platforms. • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Revenue Enablement to support revenue growth. • Support special initiatives and operational projects as requested by leadership. • Coordinate communications regarding process updates, policies, and operational changes. • Manage operational documentation and reporting requests. • Assist with sales meetings, operational reviews, and team communications as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred. • 3+ years demonstrated and related experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operation or 3+ years of experience managing others is preferred. • Experience supporting sales teams in a high-growth or technology-driven environment preferred. • Experience in administering CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred). • Working experience managing or supporting a multi-tool sales technology stack including Gong, Zoominfo, Geopointe, Chili Piper, DealHub, etc. • Strong analytical skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong understanding of sales processes and pipeline management. • Ability to translate business needs into operational solutions. • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Operations. • Strong client centric focus. • Must be able to work in an environment in which constant deadlines exist. • Must be able to work the hours necessary to successfully perform in this position. • Must understand all company guidelines, procedures, and workflow.
