📋 Description

• Teach courses to high school students in a blended learning environment • Curate and create instructional materials, tools, and resources • Design courses and assessments that align with learning goals • Utilize Virtual Arkansas technology systems to deliver instruction • Monitor student progress and provide personalized feedback • Collaborate with stakeholders for effective communication and relationships • Attend required professional development and meetings • Implement ELL, IEP, and 504 goals in lessons

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree in English or Master’s degree in another subject with 18 graduate hours in English • Arkansas secondary ELA license for 7-12 ( 052 - English; 166 - Eng Lang Arts; or 4031 - English Reg) • Preferred: 115/4051 licensure code, Online Teaching K-12 • Excellent time management skills • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to monitor, analyze, and interpret student data to make informed decisions
