• Partner with clients to understand how their sales and service departments are running — and where they can perform even better. • Join sales and client meetings to bring your retail knowledge and help shape smart, effective conversations. • Lead or participate in stand-ups, workshops, and presentations that highlight insights, results, and recommendations. • Review dealership performance data to uncover trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth. • Work with internal teams to develop and roll out improvement strategies that make an impact on day-to-day operations. • Build strong relationships at OEMs, Field, and Retail and become a trusted go-to for both sales and service best practices. • Stay current on industry trends, customer expectations, and OEM programs to bring fresh, informed perspectives to every client interaction.
• 10+ years of experience in the automotive industry, ideally in a dealership setting (sales, service, or both). • A solid understanding of dealership operations, from the showroom to the service lane.
