📋 Description

• Support day-to-day regulatory compliance operations • Serve as a subject matter expert on regulatory topics • Support global regulatory approval strategies • Identify risks early and drive mitigation • Manage compliance across EMC, Product Safety, Wireless/RF, and International Approvals • Develop certification plans, schedules, and budgets • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic accounts • Identify applicable regulatory, radio, safety, and EMC standards • Manage homologation projects across all sales regions • Develop and execute product test plans • Own certification timelines, schedules, and budgets • Serve as primary contact for test labs, NRTLs, certification bodies, and international agents • Track certification status, expiration dates, and renewals • Own and maintain all regulatory compliance documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related technical field • Experience in consumer electronics regulatory compliance (e.g., security cameras, lighting, battery, power adapters, solar panels) • Proven program management skills • Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels • Highly analytical and organized • Working knowledge of product configuration management practices (BOMs, ECR/ECO/MCO) • Ability to travel internationally a few times a year • Experience with carrier certifications is preferred (e.g., Verizon, AT&T, US Cellular, Z-Wave, ZigBee, Telstra) • Mandarin speaking a plus.
