• Program and project management to support implementation of a Healthcare and Benefits Act • Stakeholder engagement with internal and external partners • Monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of program outcomes • Develop and maintain project schedule • Draft reports and implementation plans for provision of care • Develop communications plan and implementation strategy • Evaluate waivers of payment rates for Third Party Administrators • Evaluate quality standards and recommend improvements • Evaluate and implement pilot programs to improve administration of care and dental care • Develop staffing model for IVC and perform financial impact analysis
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 5 years Program/Project Management experience • Minimum 2 years Consulting experience • IVA/VHA experience preferred • Experience with the US Department of Veterans Affairs • Experience in program management, stakeholder engagement, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting • Ability to travel to Washington, DC as required
