📋 Description
• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted partner for all Anchor organizations • Maintain regular, proactive communication to understand Anchor needs • Monitor trends & challenges across states • Provide individualized support, strategic review, small-group coaching • Design and facilitate in-person and virtual convening spaces • Collaborate with Data Director to ensure Anchors have access to data, tools, platforms
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of leadership managing state-based, on-the-ground organizing • Experience designing, facilitating, and managing trainings • Strong relationship-building skills across multiple organizations, teams, and geographies • Alignment with AAPN’s mission and values • Exceptional project management and coordination skills • Clear, effective communicator • Ability to work independently & remotely • Ability to travel domestically for Anchor site visits 8-12 times a year
