📋 Description

• Work with the project design leads for AV and lighting to develop comprehensive control systems • Participate in creating drawings, schedules, and specifications packages • Communicate with the design leads and understand the project’s objectives • Work with the design staff to develop project deliverables • Assist in on-site installation supervision, integration, and programming for projects • Provide equipment research and communicate with manufacturers • Attend project meetings and provide meeting agendas and notes • Perform QAQC on all client deliverables • Travel to the project site and client meetings as required

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in control and show design • Expert in either 3D drafting in either Vectorworks or AutoCAD • Working knowledge of theatrical control design • Understanding of the creative process • Must be able to read architectural blueprints and interpret electrical drawings • Strong understanding of current technology and industry standards for all aspects of control design • Ability to work flexible hours - nights, weekends, holidays • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or G Suite • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
