📋 Description

• Identifying and classifying defects visible from drone and aerial imagery • Defining severity levels for each defect type • Telling us what should trigger an urgent repair vs a monitor vs a replacement recommendation • Helping us understand what we might be missing in our current approach

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on commercial roofing inspection experience, flat and low-slope specifically • Comfortable evaluating imagery rather than conducting physical inspections • HAAG certification preferred • Experience with TPO, EPDM, metal, BUR, or modified bitumen • Strong ability to articulate what you're seeing and why it matters, you'll be helping us turn field judgment into a structured framework.
