• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Technology, or related field; Master’s degree in business and/or technology is preferred. • 8+ years of progressively responsible product roles, with experience in B2B2C, preferably working with retailers, OEMs, and/or telecommunications service providers. • 5+ years' experience managing within a large, highly matrixed organization. • Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. • Customer Centric: Strong customer focus and ability to contribute to the translation of customer needs into innovative product solutions. • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results and identify opportunities for growth. • Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage/collaborate and influence at most levels of the organization and with external stakeholders. • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment.
