📋 Description

• Provide regulatory oversight by reviewing state insurance requirements • Draft, review and revise policy forms for compliance • Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements • Manage state filing activities for product approvals • Serve as a primary point of contact with State Insurance Departments • Ensure regulatory decisions and approvals are auditable • Maintain governance over filing documentation and regulatory records • Ensure regulatory alignment and support corporate governance activities • Oversee preparation and submission of filings

🎯 Requirements

• Associates degree • 2 years’ experience in the Property and Casualty insurance industry • Paralegal or Insurance designation a plus • Strong written, drafting and editing skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to work with ambiguity and frequently changing priorities • Time management skills and ability to effectively prioritize work • Strong data entry skills • A Working knowledge of insurance terminology • Ability to balance compliance with Business and Company strategies
