• Take inbound calls to solve customer issues and inquiries • Assist customers in purchasing, upgrading, and retaining insurance products • Identify areas of sales opportunity to solicit company programs on calls • Document necessary account information and offer custom solutions that benefit the customer and Assurant
• Active P&C license • Experience in MS Office, i.e., Outlook, Word, and Excel • A minimum of 1 year of inbound call center experience • College degree is desired • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills • Capable interpersonal skills with a collaborative team approach • Insurtech and/or similar innovative technological experience
