📋 Description

• Design models and systems that help automate and optimize claims handling, including; Liability prediction, Fraud detection, Document & image understanding. • Partner with product and engineering teams to translate claims workflows into ML solutions • Prototype production-ready models and data pipelines • Dive deep on early stage products to scale product market fit • Help shape the data science roadmap and architecture across Assured’s platform

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Staff or Principal Engineer with a focus on data science, machine learning, or applied AI • Experience deploying production ML systems • Strong skills in: Python, SQL, ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, XGBoost, etc.), and modern data platforms (Snowflake, Spark, etc.) • Experience working with structured and unstructured data • Ability to translate real-world business problems into ML solutions • Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams • Experience building decision systems or automation platforms
