📋 Description

• Design and execute a world-class events calendar—from high-touch executive roundtables to major international security summits. • Own end-to-end logistics, including vendor global management, booth production, and on-site execution. • Partner with Sales and Marketing Ops to ensure every global engagement is captured, tracked, and converted into a measurable pipeline. • Translate event data into actionable business impact, continuously optimizing our global strategy based on market trends and performance. • Leverage AI tools to scale workflows and create personalized experiences for attendees.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in field marketing or event management, with a solid understanding of the cybersecurity landscape. • Previous experience managing presence at major industry conferences like RSA or Identiverse. • Proven track record of executing high-impact events across different regions (US, EMEA, etc.) and managing international vendors. • You are a "doer" who can also think big. • You understand that an event’s success is measured by the quality of the pipeline it generates, not just the number of attendees. • You are curious about and comfortable using AI tools (like ChatGPT, Jasper, or meeting assistants). • You can hold your own in a room with CISOs and executives, representing Oasis with confidence and clarity. • Eager to take ownership, prove your impact, and grow with a fast-scaling startup.
