📋 Description
• Lead and scale Oasis’ enterprise business in your region • Hire Account Executives and build pipeline from the ground up • Take ownership of the most important deals • Build and lead a high-performing enterprise sales team • Drive pipeline generation and new logo acquisition • Step into critical deals and help drive them to close
🎯 Requirements
• Track record of closing large, complex enterprise deals (recent experience required) • Experience selling to enterprise security buyers (CISO-level) • Experience in high-growth or early-stage environments • Builder mindset - comfortable creating pipeline and structure • Leadership experience or strong first-line leaders ready to step up
