📋 Description

• You’ll build core user interfaces, APIs, and backend infrastructure to support rapid research and experimentation. • You’ll operate across the stack—designing, shipping, and maintaining everything from frontend to backend for our internal tools and experiment platforms. • Collaborate closely with researchers and engineers to understand and accelerate workflows. • Build internal dashboards, web apps, data visualizations for monitoring and experimentation, and assist in mobile app development. • Maintain high standards for code quality, usability, and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a full stack engineer (startup, lab, or product environment). • Strong skills in modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js) and backend (Python, Node, Go, etc.). • Experience building, testing, and deploying production web applications. • Experience with backend systems and APIs (Python, Node, Go, etc.). • Experience building frontend web applications (React, Next.js, TypeScript, etc.). • (Optional) Experience building mobile applications (React Native, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, etc.). • Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a high-velocity, research-driven culture.
