📋 Description
• Provide first level support to end-users on hardware, software and network problems • Diagnose and resolve information technology hardware and software issues • Work independently to research and resolve technical issues • Open, escalate, track and close trouble tickets while promoting end-user satisfaction
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent • Some computer training certification program • Preferred degree in a computer technology field • Two plus years of experience and/or training • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Office productivity products
