📋 Description

• Assist with implementing secure, compliant client environments under the guidance of the Project Engineering team • Support onboarding projects through discovery, implementation, cutover, and handoff to Support • Assist with cloud, infrastructure, and security assessments • Execute assigned technical work to meet project milestones and deadlines • Implement and support core platforms and services • Provide technical support during onboarding projects

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 months of professional IT experience • Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Windows desktops and laptops • Experience with Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams • Basic understanding of networking fundamentals including LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, firewalls, and wireless networking • Foundational knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and basic email flow • Strong written and verbal communication skills • MS-900 or CompTIA A+ (in progress or obtained within a reasonable timeframe after hire is acceptable)
