📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Josi Health's patients and families via phone, email, and live chat • Schedule and coordinate diagnostic evaluations • Collect and verify intake information, insurance details, and required documentation • Follow up with patients regarding missing forms or appointment requirements • Respond professionally and empathetically to patient questions and concerns • Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems • Coordinate with operations and clinical teams to resolve scheduling or workflow issues • Research and provide post-diagnosis support resources when needed • Help identify recurring operational issues and suggest workflow improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-volume or emotionally sensitive situations • Comfortable managing multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously • Reliable remote work setup with high-speed internet • Backup power and backup internet solution available during outages • Ability to work primarily during US business hours • Comfortable working independently within a structured remote workflow • Previous healthcare support, patient coordination, or customer service experience preferred • Experience working remotely in fast-paced environments preferred • Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Zendesk, Intercom, or EHR systems preferred • Basic understanding of healthcare or insurance terminology preferred
