β’ Serve as the primary point of contact for Josi Health's patients and families via phone, email, and live chat β’ Schedule and coordinate diagnostic evaluations β’ Collect and verify intake information, insurance details, and required documentation β’ Follow up with patients regarding missing forms or appointment requirements β’ Respond professionally and empathetically to patient questions and concerns β’ Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems β’ Coordinate with operations and clinical teams to resolve scheduling or workflow issues β’ Research and provide post-diagnosis support resources when needed β’ Help identify recurring operational issues and suggest workflow improvements
