📋 Description

• Support private prospective buyers by phone and email (no video calls) • Use strong negotiation skills to achieve sales • Guide customers through the entire purchase process: from initial inquiry to successful completion • Sell add-on services such as extended warranties, financing and other offers through cross-selling and upselling

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer service or telesales is an advantage but not required • High self-motivation and enthusiasm for reaching targets and closing deals • Strong communication skills • Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written – additional languages are a plus
