📋 Description

• Serve as a senior Procurement subject matter expert across Corporate Services sourcing, including Marketing, Events, Professional Services, and HR Services • Own category strategy development across service areas such as: Creative, digital, media, and agency services; Events, experiential marketing, sponsorships, and production; Professional Services including contingent workers, business advisory consulting and specialized consulting services. • Develop multi-year category strategies aligned to business objectives, functional roadmaps, and enterprise financial goals • Lead complex sourcing initiatives and negotiations across Corporate Services suppliers • Act as a trusted sourcing advisor to senior leaders across Marketing, HR, Finance, and other corporate functions • Manage strategic relationships with key Corporate Services suppliers

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or commercial leadership • Demonstrated expertise sourcing complex services categories within a Procurement organization • Proven experience leading global sourcing initiatives and high-value negotiations • Strong financial acumen and commercial structuring capability • Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field
