📋 Description

• Lead the Product team pursuing AI-powered momentum and evolution. • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver roadmap quality, velocity, and integrity. • Elevate the Product team with outcome-focused leadership and accountability. • Own and refine product development lifecycle for high-velocity delivery. • Develop tools, processes, and metrics for prioritization and release readiness. • Build a high-performing product management organization through coaching and development. • Foster accountability, customer empathy, and commercial thinking across teams. • Modernize customer discovery and product validation practices. • Influence executive stakeholders on operating principles and investment priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role in a SaaS environment at the $20M–$100M ARR stage. • Demonstrated judgment in introducing operational improvements—knowing when to standardize, when to simplify, and when to leave existing practices intact. • Proven success leading product teams through operational and organizational scaling. • Demonstrated experience with product lifecycle management, prioritization frameworks, and outcome-based roadmapping. • Demonstrated understanding of GTM strategies, pricing, packaging, and usage-based monetization, customer onboarding, and lifecycle hooks. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—you can rally teams and influence at all levels. • High EQ and the ability to coach and empower a team while holding high standards.
