📋 Description

• Define and lead an integrated, enterprise-wide, market-facing marketing and communications strategy aligned to growth objectives and long-term value creation • Translate business priorities into clear, executable roadmaps with defined ownership, outcomes, and ROI • Position Availity as a category leader through differentiated positioning, thought leadership, and market-shaping narratives • Lead omnichannel engagement anchored in high-quality content creation • Champion the adoption of AI, automation, and advanced marketing technologies to increase productivity • Drive accountability for outcomes tied directly to pipeline generation, revenue growth, and customer engagement • Oversee end-to-end strategy and execution across marketing • Serve as a strategic advisor on corporate communications, public relations, and executive messaging • Build and lead a high-performing team with strong accountability for both outcomes and behaviors • Communicate strategies, performance, and investment decisions clearly and with impact to executive leadership and the Board

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including executive roles • Proven success driving measurable growth in complex environments • Expertise across product marketing, digital, brand, and communications • Demonstrated ability to build AI-enabled, high-performing marketing organizations • Strong track record of leading transformation, scaling teams, and improving operational efficiency • Strong executive presence with experience influencing senior stakeholders and Boards • Well-versed in evolving marketing trends and competitive strategies in the technology landscape • Strong grasp of end-to-end product lifecycle and its alignment to go-to-market success • In-depth knowledge of market intelligence and competitive positioning • Healthcare industry exposure preferred
