• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers • Drive the core promise of Avantos: simplifying how businesses serve their customers • Contribute to and evolve our design system • Advocate for the user and design process

• 2+ years experience building digital products • Expertise in Figma and design systems • Ability to consider business needs and balance speed, craft, and delivery • Comfortable tackling ambiguity and breaking down complex problems
