📋 Description

• Own backlog prioritization and clarity for a complex or multi-squad product area • Ensure sprint goals align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable outcomes • Partner with engineering, QA, and design to drive delivery excellence and predictability • Coach junior Product Owners and contribute to improving agile maturity at Avid

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or related role in agile organizations • Proven success leading complex delivery initiatives with cross-functional teams • Deep understanding of agile frameworks, metrics, and continuous improvement methods • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced or technical degree preferred
