• Responsible for sales of Business Unit solutions to customers in a geography or market. • Duties include forecasting and achieving annual objectives for sales, margins and volume growth. • Position is focused on securing business from prospective and current accounts in an effort to meet sales objectives. • Minimal training and oversight is required; works autonomously on a day-to-day basis. • Up to 75% travel is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. • 1-3 years of sales, account management, or business development experience in a business-to-business environment. • Demonstrated success achieving sales targets, growing customer accounts, and managing complex sales cycles. • Proficiency with CRM systems, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and Microsoft Office applications. • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels. • Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. • Preferred qualifications include experience in the assigned industry or market segment, solution-based selling, and contract negotiation.
