• Scout and identify creators across multiple regions for global campaigns. • Conduct outreach and build relationships with creators and talent agencies. • Run influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end under the guidance of the Team Lead. • Communicate directly with clients to support campaign execution and ensure deliverables are met. • Maintain and update CRM/databases with influencer data, collaboration rates, availability, and content guidelines. • Track performance, contribute to campaign reporting, and provide actionable insights. • Support daily workflow management, prioritize tasks, and oversee ongoing projects across the team to ensure smooth operations. • Assist the Team Lead in campaign planning, workflow optimization, and process improvement. • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of all influencer marketing activities.
• 2–3 years of experience working at an influencer marketing agency (brand-side experience not sufficient). • Hands-on experience running influencer marketing campaigns. • Strong understanding of influencer marketing operations, talent scouting, and creator outreach. • Proven ability to manage workflows, prioritize tasks, and oversee ongoing projects in a team setting. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns across different regions. • Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently in a fast-paced global environment.
