• Research, scout, and identify relevant creators across multiple regions and platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). • Build and maintain high-quality influencer lists aligned with campaign requirements and client briefs. • Conduct outreach and follow-ups with creators and talent agencies to assess interest, availability, and fit. • Maintain and update CRM/databases with accurate influencer data, including rates, audience insights, and past performance notes. • Support Influencer Marketing Managers by ensuring a consistent and reliable pipeline of creators for ongoing and upcoming campaigns. • Assist with quality checks on influencer lists to ensure accuracy, relevance, and campaign readiness. • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth handover of creators into active campaigns.
• 1–2+ years of experience in an influencer marketing agency (brand-only experience is not sufficient). • Hands-on experience with creator sourcing, influencer scouting, outreach, and list building. • Strong understanding of influencer marketing workflows and creator evaluation basics. • Highly organized and detail-oriented; comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRMs, and large datasets. • Strong written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). • Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable handling repetitive, high-volume research and outreach tasks.
