📋 Description

• Acquisition of new IDENTICA network partner workshops and support during business transfers to new owners/successors • Monitoring partner workshops for compliance with IDENTICA's defined standards • Joint development of strategies to increase revenue for each partner workshop • Independently ensuring partner workshops' performance in the areas of technical operations, marketing, insurance/leasing matters and human resources • Presenting the network at events (internal/external) • Contributing to the development of the network's service portfolio and that of its members in response to the requirements of work providers (e.g., fleet, leasing and insurance companies, claims managers) in the German market, particularly in the areas of bodywork and mechatronics • Implementing various measures to support the above marketing, e.g., aligning standards among participating workshops, software support for network management, marketing concepts, and participation in events and trade shows • Cross-brand collaboration with sales lines on all relevant issues concerning the network and customer loyalty programs • Organizing regional events (concept, planning, partner acquisition)

🎯 Requirements

• Technical vocational qualification (master craftsman or equivalent) in bodywork/vehicle painting/mechatronics, or a commercial degree (bachelor's or equivalent) combined with relevant technical work experience • Professional experience in the OEM aftermarket (automotive industry) or automotive insurance or leasing/fleet business (minimum 4 years or equivalent educational background) • Experience with workshop networks or customer loyalty programs • Confident presentation and moderation skills • Ability to identify complex interrelationships • Ability to abstract and transfer concepts • Strong understanding of financial key figures for client workshops • Creative, conceptual and strategic thinking for projects and their sustainable implementation • Diplomatic skills and conflict resolution competence • Very good knowledge of software used in daily work (CRM, MS Office, etc.) combined with applied knowledge of AI use • Native-level German language skills. Good English skills are an advantage. • High willingness to travel within the region • Valid driving license (car) and at least 5 years of driving experience • Residence in the Central Bavaria region
