📋 Description

• Support the implementation and ongoing development of Business Continuity Management (BCM) and IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) • Contribute to risk assessments, Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and evaluations of IT dependencies • Draft, maintain and enhance emergency manuals, IT restart/recovery plans and recovery strategies • Support technical and organizational tests (e.g., restart tests, emergency exercises), including analysis and optimization of results • Analyze existing IT infrastructures and critical services with a focus on availability requirements and defined recovery time objectives (RTOs) • Contribute to projects aimed at increasing IT resilience, e.g., by designing redundancy concepts, cloud/hybrid strategies or security measures • Document and present work results to clients and internal stakeholders • Actively participate in the continuous improvement of internal methods, tools and templates in the area of BCM/ITSCM

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or relevant experience in business informatics, computer science, IT management, IT security or a comparable qualification (e.g., vocational training, university degree or professional experience) • Knowledge of IT Service Continuity Management, Business Continuity Management and the associated standards and norms • Basic understanding of IT infrastructures, network architectures, cloud services and operational IT processes • Interest in topics such as risk management, resilience, IT strategy and emergency planning • Analytical thinking, a structured way of working and enjoyment of project-oriented work • Strong communication skills, customer orientation and the willingness to engage with complex topics • Very good German language skills (at least C1) and good English skills • Willingness to travel for consulting and client appointments
