• Oversee all paid digital marketing activities, including paid search (SEM), marketplace listings (ex. ZocDoc), display ads, paid social advertising, programmatic, video, and beyond • Develop and execute strategic plans for paid digital marketing campaigns focused on new patient acquisition • Ownership of channel budgets and resource allocation across brands, providers, and channels to achieve the organization’s objectives • Measure and report paid campaign performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), providing strategic recommendations that drive continuous improvement • Plan, execute, and measure A/B and multivariate ad experiments to optimize paid campaign conversions • Create landing pages and perform conversion rate optimization (CRO) • Review and recommend new paid advertising technologies and platforms • Build business cases and pro forma projections for new and creative paid digital marketing channels • Maintain accuracy of practices and providers on ZocDoc and insurance directories • Other duties as assigned
• 3+ years running paid media of $20,000+ per month for a healthcare entity • Deep expertise in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) • Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business analytics or a related field • Results-oriented mentality and ability to prioritize projects • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment • Experience with marketing analytics • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Reliable high-speed internet • Dedicated workspace • Ability to focus when not in an office setting • Self-starting mentality and critical thinking skills • Ability to function both independently and as part of a distributed team
