📋 Description

• Act as point of contact and project owner for on-site new restaurant opening activities including restaurant setup, training, and opening operations. • Facilitate in-person training workshops, manager development programs, and new restaurant openings. • Design, develop, and deliver training programs using sound instructional design principles (i.e., blended learning, microlearning, etc). • Build scalable learning assets, including digital modules, videos, job aids, facilitator guides, and in-person workshop experiences. • Lead end-to-end production of training content—from storyboarding and scripting to on-site filming and deployment. • Implement and refine measurement tools to assess training effectiveness and impact on performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years with prior experience as a New Restaurants Opening Manager or Learning & Development Manager is preferred. • Bachelor's Degree in Communications is preferred but not required. • Knowledge of retail/restaurant/hospitality training trends and best practices is required.
