• Meet annual and long-term financial goals of assigned product lines • Define and drive product strategy and management • Leverage deep customer and market insights for growth • Collaborate with leadership and marketing on product line initiatives • Create and implement pricing frameworks and tools • Monitor industry trends and customer behavior • Travel as required to support customer relationships
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred • 7+ years of experience in business leadership, product line management, or operations • Engineering background preferred • Comprehensive knowledge of steel reinforcement, precast, and/or prestress a plus • Proven ability to develop meaningful relationships with customers at all organizational levels • Deep experience collaborating with sales, technical, and business teams • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence • Financial competence, with familiarity in planning and forecasting • Demonstrated excellence in business strategy and development • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills • Proficiency in ERP systems, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement methodologies preferred
