📋 Description

• The Customization Operator’s main function is to learn how to operate the various pieces of equipment necessary to decorate the hard and soft goods sold to our clients in a safe and productive manner. • Operates all customization equipment in a safe and productive manner in accordance with company policies and procedures. • Follows both written and verbal instructions to complete assignments accurately and on time. • Loads and unloads both incoming and outbound shipments keeping accurate records of each shipment. • Prepares finished goods for shipment, including trimming, touch-ups, and packaging in a professional manner. • Records completed project, filing work orders, and helping to maintain accurate records of work completed. • Performs general maintenance on customization machinery in accordance with manufacturer’s requirements. • ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent • Preferred Degree: Technical degree or related experience in customization • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customization (embroidery or engraving) or related field • Ability to read and clearly understand operating instructions. • A consistent team player. • Ability to operate customization machinery independently with minimal oversight in a safe and productive manner. • Ability to keep accurate records and help protect the company’s assets. • Ability to think critically and solve complex problems. • Motivated, results oriented, self-starter that demonstrates personal initiative and ownership.
