📋 Description

• Support implementation and ongoing management of corporate safety programs and initiatives • Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable local, state, and federal safety regulations • Conduct routine safety audits, inspections, and site evaluations across facilities • Identify hazards and support risk assessments and mitigation planning • Lead or support incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective action development • Deliver safety training and support development of safety education programs • Maintain safety documentation, records, and reporting systems • Serve as a trusted partner to plant leadership, providing practical safety guidance and support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field, or equivalent experience • ~5–10 years of experience in safety roles within manufacturing or regulated industries • Strong working knowledge of OSHA and regulatory requirements • Hands-on experience with audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations • Ability to balance strategic intent with execution-focused work • Effective communicator with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization • Willingness to travel (~20–30%) to support site needs • Comfortable working in manufacturing environments, including exposure to dust, noise, and industrial processes • English fluency is essential. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in Spanish communication is considered advantageous.
