• Monitor and assist in the compliance of the risk management (Insurance Operations) program for the Profit Center in accordance with set guidelines, policies and practices • Review and check policies, endorsements, and other relevant insurance documents • Review underwriting applications, submissions, policies, and endorsements • Perform underwriting review of quotes, applications, endorsements and/or renewals • Complete policy checklist • Provide support to teammates and other departments as needed • Performing other relevant duties when needed
• Property & Casualty license (must attain no later than one year from date of hire if not held at time of hire) • Two or more years of proven experience • Strong attention to detail • Strong time-management skills and the ability to evaluate and prioritize multiple projects/tasks • Strong keyboard and PC skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Knowledge of agency management systems (AMS, ImageRight) with aptitude to learn new software and systems • Willingness to pursue professional insurance/technology courses preferred • Required 2-5 years related experience • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field • Ability to multi-task in high fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in MS Office Suites • Ability to use discretion and understand confidentiality issues
