• Strategize with Opportunity Owners (Sales and Account Management) to create a targeted plan for selling products and services to prospects and existing clients, which includes expansion, retention, and bid avoidance • Meet with clients and prospects to understand their business travel needs and provide relevant and tailored technology solutions • Ensure client retention, account profitability, and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) leveraging BCD insights and understanding of the products and services – digital and analog tie build and foster best-in-class corporate travel programs • Identify short-term and long-term strategies for the global program and outline solutions to achieve objectives, including measurements and timelines • Maintain an active feedback loop to inform Product Planning and Development (PPD) of feedback, challenges, buying drivers, and overall customer impression of our tools and their value propositions • Connect with strategic partners, listen to their thoughts and concerns, and find ways to work and benefit BCD
• Extensive relevant work experience • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Exceptional time-management and project-management skills as you will be expected to balance multiple initiatives, projects, and perspectives • Competency with Microsoft Office Products and collaborative software used for projects with remote team members and stakeholders • Capable of managing and working in a virtual and multinational team environment • Experience in business travel or travel management is a plus
