📋 Description

• Data integration or data quality and collection with added emphasis on high visibility/high complexity projects • Systems Data Support • Departmental Documentation needs • Lead high-complexity client implementation and requirements sessions with stakeholders • Handle data integration requests per customer requirements • Provide SME support to the data analysts, assist the team with training, issue resolution, and task/project completion • Handle Data Incident Investigations (DIIs) from review, impact assessment, management approval, and resolution • Be responsible for monitoring support requests and routing cases through the help desk tool • Support department initiatives and projects in alignment with company objectives • Learn and adopt new technologies in a rapidly changing environment

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience working in a technical role, supporting all aspects of the data lifecycle and reporting systems • Strong technical background, including knowledge of database systems, data life cycle, data quality processes, and standards & ETL processing • Competency with SQL and query tools and ability to effectively write and interpret queries and results. • Ability to write medium/high complexity SQL code • Solid knowledge of the global data environment and data capabilities • Competency in collecting and writing functional requirements and test plans • Demonstrate ability to quickly acquire and apply new technical skills as business needs evolve
