📋 Description

• Be the ‘go-to’ person for all travel requirements for a premium client • Book meet-and-greet services, private charter flights, and any other concierge-type requests needed • Offer tailor-made service, even if they want you to book their personal travel as well • Handle amendments, cancellations, schedule changes, and disruptions • Deliver excellent customer service each time

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in entertainment and/or VIP travel • Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, procedures, and processes • Advanced skills in travel industry systems – Sabre required • Proven excellent customer service provision and problem-resolution skills • Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to establish rapport and develop lasting relationships with the booker and traveler • Proven ability to come up with effective travel solutions
