📋 Description

• Review MDX-related activities, communications, and materials for regulatory compliance • Draft, update, and maintain operational risk controls and manage control inventories • Support internal and external audits by gathering documentation and responding to inquiries • Assist with complaint review, tracking, and root-cause analysis • Actively participate in PRCI and RCSA activities, supporting risk identification, assessment, and documentation efforts • Research federal and state regulatory requirements and apply them practically • Help build, refine, and improve compliance processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work or education-related experience • 5 years of functional experience in quality, compliance, or data analysis • CUCO (Credit Union Compliance Officer) or other compliance designation preferred • Strong expertise in federal and state regulations, compliance frameworks, and industry standards applicable to financial services • Experience with regulatory bodies such as the NCUA (National Credit Union Administration) is preferred • Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and provide actionable guidance • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholders • Proficient in compliance management tools and Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
