• Evaluate and assess practices to identify strengths and areas of opportunity, helping with coaching contract sales throughout the process • Quickly analyze data and team climate in order to present findings and create implementation plans as the foundation of coaching contracts • Work with customers and Clinical Coach peers to align on topics and dates for in-person coaching delivery and virtual follow-ups, in accordance with the Coaching and Education department's guidelines on cadence • Host monthly calls with clients to check in and take pulse on their improvements; offer tools to help with adoption and accountability • Help practices implement systems that optimize patient care and satisfaction while growing revenue and profitability of the practice • Drive sustainable, measurable, and profitable growth through rigor and monthly review of the practice KPIs • Monitor P&L statements for each practice and develop effective ways to close the gaps between actual performance and company projections • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with dental team in order to influence and nurture long-standing relationships • Write and deliver comprehensive recaps/progress reports after each customer visit • Maintain organized and detailed customer records in accordance with the Coaching and Education department's protocols • Help shape and evolve curriculum so that it remains relevant and forward-thinking • Maintain customer confidentiality
• High School Diploma or equivalent • 4-6 years of dental business/practice management experience • Ability to travel up to 4 times per month • Ability to work up to 19 hours per week
