📋 Description

• Collaborate with local management to strategize and implement project pursuits and delivery efforts • Devise and implement strategies for capturing project opportunities • Build and nurture relationships with clients • Supervise and guide staff to facilitate design processes • Engage in design phases of roadways, highways, and interstates • Create plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates • Coordinate with reviewers and other disciplines • Contribute to proposal development • Provide support to Project Managers and Design Leaders • Manage and organize project documentation • Collaborate within a dynamic team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or higher, is required • 10 + years of progressive experience designing and delivering IL transportation projects • Licensed Project Engineer (P.E) in the state of Illinois • Experience as project manager or lead roadway engineer on IDOT projects • Experience working with clients such as State and County Departments of Transportation and municipal • Proficient at using MicroStation and/or Inroads (Open Roads Designer) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
