📋 Description

• Work with clients directly every day • Perform or assist in meeting the various revenue cycle needs of our clients, whether on a consulting or interim basis, based on your expertise • Learn new skills given a broad variety of assignments • Prepare and present client deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Deep healthcare revenue cycle experience • Knowledge and understanding of government and commercial payor rules and regulations • Familiarity with various electronic medical record systems (EMR)/patient accounting systems (PAS) • Familiarity with revenue cycle best-practices and key-performance indicators (KPIs) • Ability to perform and interpret research of respective regulations • Ability to analyze billing, financial, and operational data in to identify revenue cycle opportunities and risks • Experience working within health care organizations • Strong customer service focus • High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office suite products; data management skills preferred • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to work alone and also as a team.
