📋 Description

• Manage daily finance reconciliations across multiple channels and states • Develop a strong understanding of BetMGM’s revenue cycle and reporting process • Assist the Revenue Accounting team in performing month end reconciliations • Identify reconciling financial differences and take ownership of daily investigations • Work closely with the Business Intelligence team during variance investigations • Work closely with the Risk, Trading and Customer Operations teams during investigations • Provide support on all internal and external audit requests • Provide support to the wider finance team with ad-hoc requests as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • Qualified, Part Qualified or visible evidence of working towards a CPA • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets • Ambitious self-starter, proactive and passionate about finance and business • Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate, describe and explain • Strong attention to detail • Familiarity with, or interest in, SQL and data warehouse tools (e.g., Snowflake) to support data validation and investigation is a plus
